Exchange Policy

At BinZara, customer satisfaction is our priority. We’re happy to offer exchanges on all purchases made within Pakistan, provided the following conditions are met:

Exchange Eligibility

  • Articles can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase.

  • Exchanges are accepted only in the case of size issues or if the product is received damaged.

  • The item must be unused, with all original tags attached, and returned in its original packaging.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products purchased during a sale or on discount are not eligible for exchange.

  • We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, a coupon code equivalent to the item's value will be issued, which can be used for future purchases.

How to Request an Exchange

Please include your order details and the reason for exchange. Once we verify that your request meets our exchange criteria, we will share the return address.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process and dispatch the replacement.
